We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, helping customers find products, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked. --- General Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering their questions
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Process customer returns and exchanges

--- Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in hardware and/or paint sales is a bonus
