Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and driving sales. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers - Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems - Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement - Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems - Basic knowledge of technology products is a plus - Bilingual proficiency is an asset for serving diverse customer needs - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays We offer competitive pay rates and provide ongoing training to help you succeed in your role as a Retail Sales Associate. Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
