Being a Retail Store Manager Trainee gains knowledge and competency in financial processes required to manage a retail store. Handles escalated customer service issues. Additionally, Retail Store Manager Trainee learns to lead staffing and training initiatives. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Retail Store Manager Trainee independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors.
