Status & Classification: Regular | Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Payrate: $24/hour ~ $27/hour (depending on experience)
Work Schedule: Tuesday ~ Saturday* | 8:30am ~ 5:30pm* | 40 hours/week
*This position must accommodate a flexible work schedule for special events, evenings, holidays, and occasional overnight/out-of-town travel.

Summary
The Museum Store Manager will be responsible for maximizing the guest experience and helping meet annual financial goals by providing excellent products and services for the Museum's retail store. This position supports the organizational mission by ensuring exemplary customer service standards for visitors, managing day-to-day store operations, and generating sales revenues. This Museum Store Manager is critical to the success of the Museum's retail operation by increasing profitability, managing Associates, and providing the highest level of customer care. This position reports directly to the Director of Guest Experience and works closely with the Visitor Services Manager, Museum Store Buyer, Visitor Services/Store Associates, and other inter-departmental teams including Marketing, Corporate Events, Development, etc.
