Retail Store Design Director coordinates the operational needs with marketing image of the store. Works with contractors to create the exterior and interior design concepts. Being a Retail Store Design Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Retail Store Design Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Retail Store Design Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Job Overview:
We are looking for a true hospitality professional to take over a retail management operation in a popular tourist destination. A combination of hospitality and retail experience is ideal for managing our gift shop-style retail outlet.
Retail Store Director Benefits:
- This is an hourly position. There will be overtime and bonus potential.

Retail Store Director Requirements:
- At least three years of experience managing family-oriented retail.
