Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all retail customers
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide technical sales support and product knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
This is a retail sales associate position inside the UPS Store.
You need to be excellent in mental math - Need to be able to perform quick calculations without the aid of devices
Customer service skills - Need to be able to manage customers and provide a professional and courteous experience
Handling packages - Need to be able to lift upto 70 pounds
Answering Phones - Need to be able to answer phone in a polite and courteous manner
Basic filing - Need to be able to organize documents and file paperwork
Use of Microsoft applications, MS Word, Publisher, Excel, Outlook etc. - Need to be able to use MS Office applications effectively
Printing Services - Need to be able to preview, edit, create and print documents
Discipline - Need to show up on time, follow all organizational protocols and instructions given from time to time
