Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales and exceptional customer service skills.

Duties:

-Process shipments, including packaging, labeling, and tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
