• Proactively co-leads with the
Project Lead to ensure project objectives and goals are clear and aligned with
the broader working teams. When needed, you may also proxy for the Project team
lead and represent the respective work you PM.
• Facilitates creation of
foundational documents with Project lead and as needed, along with the core
working team: project charters, scope statements, status reports, cross
functional project plans, governance and communication plans, risk register and
mitigation, etc.
• Creates and maintains documents
such as project schedules/roadmap, stakeholder register, budget management,
project governance, regular communications out to working team and cross
functional partners.
• Sets the organizing principles for
the Project team - Slack channel(s), Box folders, Boxnotes, etc. Proactively
directs teams to these and keeps these maintained.
• Ensure a standardized approach
across the Stores Initiatives PMs (ways of working, tools, etc.)
• Coordinates project team working
sessions and cross functional meetings (workshops, milestones, checkpoints,
IBAs, team alignments, etc)
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 years in Functional Retail or
Retail Program Management
o Experience in Concept Development,
Stores Marketing, Retail Brand, Retail Design or Design Studio Management or
equivalent experience desired
o Thorough understanding of common
construction, architectural, and fixture vendor roles & responsibilities
desired
o Technical background and experience
in management of engineering or design, fabrication or installation of retail
elements desired.
• Detail-oriented, organized,
critical thinker comfortable supporting complex teams and workstreams
• Proven ability to create and
operate effective processes that enable a function to achieve its goals.
• Proven ability to access, identify
and understand risks and dependencies in a project across workstreams that are
