This individual will be expected to develop an understanding of our products, services, and processes while working closely with experienced managers to gain an understanding of the day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:

• Effectively execute sales.
• Acquiring new customers for our clients within a retail setting.
• Train and coach team in areas such as customer service, sales, and problem-solving.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide leadership to team members and motivate them to achieve goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Retail sales background
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues and providing a positive shopping experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with diverse customers and team members
