 Wireless Time Partners, LLC is an authorized Metro by T-Mobile Retail Sales dealer specializing in wireless communications product sales and service.  Retail Sales Representatives are the most important part of our team! Responsibilities include taking care of customer service issues, answering their questions, providing recommendations, organizing the store's supply, and preventing theft. Also, they organize and maintain the merchandise to make the store attractive and encourage continuous sales. Additionally, they evaluate and precisely process product returns, as well as help customers determine alternative products that meet their needs. Qualities required for the job include integrity, excellent communication skills, ability to sell products, and keenness for details.

Qualifications

 Retail sales REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and establishing positive customer relationships.
• Process daily inventory through the company point of sales (POS) system.
• Understand POS software and process different forms of payment.
• Partner with phone representatives to learn about their products to increase sales.
• Provide customer technical assistance including setting up newly purchased devices, help troubleshoot wireless device issues and teach customers how to operate and navigate their new phone.
• Deliver consistently strong results in identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities to advance corporate marketing campaigns and effectively increase revenue streams.
• Create upselling and bundling strategies to maximize profits, working specifically with new promotional offers.
