Retail Receiving Clerk - Full Time jobs in Lacey, WA

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including balance sheet reconciliation, budgeting, account reconciliation, payroll, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong math skills and previous experience working in a public accounting setting.

Duties:
- Perform general accounting tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping - Perform Audits -Excellent Customer Service - Review of Daily activities
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Utilize accounting software systems QuickBooks to perform tasks efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
- Additional Duties as required by management

Experience:
- 6 months previous experience working in an accounting role, preferably in a public accounting setting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial reporting
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

General Requirements:

- Be able to work in a smoke-filled environment - Have reliable transportation - Provide exceptional customer service to all casino guest - Knowledge of 10-key and ExcelExcellent math skills - Be physically able to lift, reach, bend, stoop and work in a standing position for long periods of time - Work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
