We are looking for a top-talent individual with strong sales skills to thrive in a fast paced sales environment. Southern Real Estate Buyers is a growing real estate investment business and a subsidiary of Southcorp Group, Inc. doing business in Columbus, GA for over 15 years.
Experience (preferred or required):
- 1 years of sales closing experience and track record of success
- Highly skilled selling over the phone and in person
- Must be very motivated and results driven with the right mindset for success
- Real estate license not required
- Drivers license required
- Efficient computer skills to utilize various websites and software
- Fast learner and ability to adapt quickly
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Phone prospecting to seller leads and appointments set by inside sales associates to make offers to purchase real estate and acquire contracts
- Analyze data to determine value using comparable sales
- Negotiate and contract both on-market and off-market investment opportunities
- Manage pipeline of prospects and follow-up on leads in a timely manner
- Answer/return/follow up phone calls generated by lead system
- Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed
- Use our CRM daily to update prospects and complete follow up task u
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
- Provide reports on activities, appointments, priorities and issues/challenges
- Increase the revenue and profits for the Company by procuring contracts to purchase real estate at an acceptable ratio to seller appointments met
- Attend business meetings and trainings as required
- Follow and adhere to Company policies, procedures and guidelines
- Perform other administrative duties, tasks and special projects as assigned
