Diven Real Estate Group is hiring sales executives at our real estate investment firm. You’ll get 2 weeks of training with free leads provided for you each month to work for appointments and sales. Commissions range from $1,500 to $7,000 per deal closed. Your only focus will be selling.

All of the administrative and transaction work is handled for you so that you can focus on what you do best—sales. Exceptional candidates should have a proven track record of sales over the phone. You’ll enjoy an autonomous work environment where you’ll contribute a positive mindset, the skills we train you on, and the motivation to talk to as many people as possible a day. You’ll follow up with the inbound leads we provide you and make outbound calls to generate new opportunities for yourself. Our best sales executives speak with 30 people a day. The names, phone numbers, scripts, and a proven system for results will be provided for you. No education or past experience is necessary— although experience in direct, inbound, or outbound sales over the phone is highly preferred. We are an equal opportunity employer. Qualification:

• Real Estate License is a bonus, but not a must.
• Possession of sales and marketing skills. We can teach you everything.
• Outstanding customer service skills a must.
• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity.
• Must be coachable.
• Must be able to be held accountable to goals set by yourself as the team member.
• Being a team player in the workplace and helping others to achieve their goals.
