Retail Real Estate Manager oversees regional real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. Communicates with the landlord to help evaluate and resolve any disputes. Being a Retail Real Estate Manager ensures property is maintained. May serve as a point of contact for the community. Additionally, Retail Real Estate Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Retail Real Estate Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. - Communication - Communicate effectively in one-on-one and group settings. Written/verbal communication should reflect appropriate vocabulary, grammar and word usage. Consistently and effectively communicate with the Regional Supervisor and relevant teams regarding property performance.
