Our friendly Lewiston office is seeking a professional Real Estate Salesperson who will serve as a valuable intermediary between sellers and buyers. As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will be responsible for marketing listings and providing guidance to both buyers and sellers. Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
• Understand clients' needs and financial abilities, and propose appropriate solutions
• Promote property sales through effective advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Showcase and market available real estate properties to potential buyers
• Prepare and handle necessary paperwork, such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
