Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property management, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial performance
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and fair housing regulations
- Monitor rental rates and market trends to optimize rental income
- Oversee property maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and landscaping
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality workmanship and cost-effective solutions
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes
