Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Acquisition Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for finding acquisition opportunities for the company regarding property management companies willing to sell and real estate sales companies willing to sell. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of real estate administrative processes.

This position has substantial commission potential along with the salary.

Duties:

• Pursue management companies that might have some interest in selling. Bring those interested to the CEO for financial and acquisition discussions.
• Reach out to all new owners taken on for the first 3 months to ensure they are being handled correctly.
• Reach out to existing owners on a monthly basis to make sure they are happy. Educate them on how to use the portal, make contributions, make them aware of sales department if they are interested in selling. Make 100 contacts per month on a rotating schedule. All owners should be contact twice annually
• Pursue real estate sales companies in the KC metro area. Targeting small boutique real estate companies that might be willing to sell.
• Follow up with daily management leads that the company currently receives.
• Oversee transition duties for all new clients taken over to ensure smooth transition.
• Assist the Broker in acquiring new real estate agents interested moving their license to our franchise.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management
- Must hold a valid Missouri real estate license and have 5 years of real estate sales experience as well as strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures
- Familiarity with real estate law and regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
