Retail Real Estate Manager oversees regional real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. Communicates with the landlord to help evaluate and resolve any disputes. Being a Retail Real Estate Manager ensures property is maintained. May serve as a point of contact for the community. Additionally, Retail Real Estate Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Retail Real Estate Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Requirements
Leadership Responsibilities
- **Managing Broker License Required**
- Foster a culture of collaboration, support and teamwork where all individuals thrive
- Practice company selling techniques at the branch and company level and encourage broker adoption
- Implement the success systems and processes to get agents into production
- Perform annual/quarterly/monthly/weekly accountably sessions as needed to improve performance
- Monitor and improve branch performance engaging, educating and supporting team members as often as possible
- Track, Report, Improve, Repeat: key metrics, coaching notes, branch meeting notes, market update notes
Recruiting & Retention
- Recruit new agents who are successful professionals, that enhance and contribute to our culture and brand
- Out-counsel or terminate unproductive agents or those that do not embrace the Windermere culture
- Establish and cultivate meaningful relationships with agents through consistent coaching, mentoring and sales support
- Stay updated, informed and ensure that the value add of tools, resources and services are consistently visible and available to your branch.
- Participate in onboarding, orientation and transition of new recruits
