Retail Real Estate Manager oversees regional real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. Communicates with the landlord to help evaluate and resolve any disputes. Being a Retail Real Estate Manager ensures property is maintained. May serve as a point of contact for the community. Additionally, Retail Real Estate Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Retail Real Estate Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Responsibilities- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Qualifications- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Great communication and social skills
