Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive landscape to develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.
• Conduct pricing simulations and scenario analyses to assess the impact of pricing changes on sales volume, margin, and overall business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, finance, and marketing to align pricing strategies with business objectives and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor pricing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding pricing decisions, promotional campaigns, and product assortment strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory changes that may impact pricing decisions or market dynamics.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and special projects as assigned by management to support strategic initiatives and business growth objectives.
• Must meet performance expectations. Must complete all duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in retail pricing analysis, financial analysis, or related field. Experience in the convenience store industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau) with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset towards continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of retail pricing strategies, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
