DC Loss Prevention Supervisor - B Shift
Working Schedule : Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM EST
Job Summary
Formulates and implements the asset protection programs in partnership with the D / C Loss Prevention Area Manager and D / C Management.
Ensures the protection of merchandise, physical security compliance and the safety of associates. Oversees security controls and conducts investigations, merchandise control audits and safety reviews.
Manages and directs workplace anti-violence programs, accuracy initiatives and inventory control programs on a daily basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manages and directs D / C Loss Prevention hourly staff in the execution of asset protection. Administers shrink reduction programs in partnership with D / C Management and Senior Loss Prevention staff.
Executes shrink reduction initiatives in areas of awareness, audits, and training.
Represents Loss Prevention in all D / C business meetings. Directs investigations that may cause inventory distortion to the stores.
