Retail Loss Prevention Director jobs in Missoula, MT
Retail Loss Prevention Director oversees a team of loss prevention staff that is responsible for safeguarding company assets from losses due to theft or fraud. Develops loss prevention and security policies and procedures. Being a Retail Loss Prevention Director creates and implements accounting and operational processes to reduce risk and losses. Directs investigations and the implementation of loss prevention programs. Additionally, Retail Loss Prevention Director may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Retail Loss Prevention Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Retail Loss Prevention Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. - Stop and conduct shoplifting investigations
- Write and review reports of current and past events
- Review and Playback cameras from previous days and events
- Keep running logs on previous and current incidents and report to management
- work various shifts
- must be 18years old
- Current Montana Board of Private Security Gaurd Card
- pay is based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
