Evaluates processes and procedures to identify internal control weaknesses that could result in loss. Being a Retail Loss Prevention Auditor reviews patterns and trends related to product loss. Coordinates with law enforcement to conduct investigations of theft or fraud. Additionally, Retail Loss Prevention Auditor investigates employee policy violations. May require a bachelor's degree. Key Responsibilities:
Adventure Every Day: LP staff will identify, stop, and detain thieves to the best of their ability.
The Art of Consistency: Assist in assuring workplace safety protocols are being adhered to at all times to include but not limited to forklift safety, clear and obstruction free emergency exit access, entry and sales floor hazard removal.
Curators of the Store Experience: Monitor and act on reports of suspicious behavior in accordance with LP protocol as set forth by Three Bears Alaska, Inc.
Prior experience in military, security, loss prevention or related field preferred.
Must be willing to commute between store from Chugiak to Big Lake.
