Description

Customer Service/Account Manager for a marketing agency plays a crucial role in maintaining client relationships, ensuring that clients' needs are met, and liaising between the client, account managers, and the agency's internal teams. This position requires a mix of customer service skills, knowledge of marketing, and project management abilities. 

Summary: 

We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Five Star Marketing. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and account management team, managing the account management team, enforcing and modifying policy, ensuring clients are a priority, managing reporting, and fostering strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for account management, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, objectives, and marketing needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital, etc.) to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
• Present campaign strategies, updates, and post-campaign analyses to clients.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimizations.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term trusting relationships.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management leadership or a client-facing manager role in a marketing agency.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube. 

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple accounts.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Zoho One CRM and G-Suite
• Proficiency in best practices, policy, and training.
