    Title: Director of Franchising

    Reports To: Senior Vice President

    Location: USA

    The Director of Franchising is responsible for overseeing both our business development and franchise support teams. Our business development team meets with independent shops and prospective franchisees to locate new body shops for our network. Our franchise support team manages the process of newly signed shops through training, branding and operations excellence to move them to being a publicly announced ProColor location. This role is integral to our long-term success and hitting our growth objectives; We continually need new shops in the pipeline and coming on board, which requires us to be continually training new shops and getting them ready to be announced publicly and thereby sold to our fleet and insurance partners – ever expanding our footprint and partnerships with our key accounts.

    Job Duties

    • Business Development
    • Effectively manage team of business development professionals to maximize their potential.
    • Meets frequently and presents to business partners (distributors and relevant lead sources)
    • Coordinates vetting process for each new shop from initial vetting to final panel sign off.
    • Assess protective territories for contracts to maximize ProColor expansion.
    • Responsible for branding – photos, mock ups, measurements, renovations, etc.
    • Manages shop status in FMS and ensures all necessary documents are provided.
    • Manages all inquiries related to ProColor (referrals, leads, etc)
    • Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.
    • Attend and support industry and company events and functions.
    • Meeting established KPIs
    • Manage travel and budgets to maximize return on investment.

    Franchise Support (Training & onboarding newly signed shops)

    • Effectively manage team of field support specialist.
    • Conducts a comprehensive orientation for the franchisee that covers all aspects of the business including operating procedures, marketing and advertising, financial management, and customer service.
    • Responsible for implementation of systems (i.e. CCC one, Mitchell, QuickBooks)
    • Ensures shops usage of production schedules within ccc and confirms appropriate process for creating RO’s and delivering vehicles in the system to ensure sales accuracy.
    • Trains each new shop on the functionality of systems and ensures compliance/proficiency prior to announcement.
    • Work with marketing to get the shop properly branded and grand opening scheduled.
    • Provides in person training/review of step-by-step SOP for all aspects of how a shop runs (from the time the customer drops off their car to the time when they pick it up)
    • Responsible for setting up all basic shop profiles in Entegral (main profile only)
    • Responsible for setting up all shop log ins for CCC One and Mitchell and Hub
    • Responsible for managing and updating HUB information and shop emails.
    • Responsible for I CAR training, achieving of Gold status and updates for shops
    • Provides support and follows up on OEM certifications, training, and support.
    • Ensure new location understands the marketing, HR, and sales support they now have at their disposal.
    • Conducts a one-week dry run with shop to certify shops operational abilities prior to announcement.
    • Conducts 90-day reviews at each location to confirm compliance with SOP’s and system usage providing copy of review to FMS to track improvement and identify opportunities
    • Provides additional training to locations when new staff is hired and as needed.

    Miscellaneous

    • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
    • Organize and present information, views, and concepts in a concise, understandable, and interesting format for a variety of audiences.
    • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

    Requirements
