    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

    • Break big picture strategy into smaller achievable goals for team in order to accomplish strategic vision • Communicate expectations, visions, and strategies to all stakeholders • Inspire team to achieve client expectations and drive accountability • Build successful teams through managerial courage and excellent talent management • Responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining talent using company-wide processes, tools and resources. Provide recommendations for succession and corresponding Individual Development Plans. Perform regular assessments of strengths and opportunities within the team and deploy appropriate course of action to develop or manage performance.• Appropriately manage team performance, expenses, and other data points to ensure appropriate P&L management

     

    Data Literacy and Intuition Understanding Data• Leverage a robust understanding of available data such as: syndicated data, customer POS, and other data points • Understand all KPI expectations and how to use data to exceed KPIs • Communicate to others what data is needed to create a compelling story

    Using Data• Use data to drive business results within the team • Use data to tell a story to clients, customers, and internal stakeholders • Create engaging and insightful presentations based on multiple sources of data • Continuously integrate financial, enterprise, and industry data and indicators into a perpetually evolving strategic plan

    Growing Business

    • Utilize outstanding client focus to anticipating client needs • Proactively review data and industry trends to anticipate client • Establish yourself as a thought leader internally and with client to set strategy and direction to grow client/customer and increase investment • Ensure connectivity to client senior leadership to ensure value proposition is consistently communicated • Achieve retail objectives through frequent and consistent interactions with clients, customers, and key company personnel. • Responsible for delivering all client growth expectations i.e. volume, share, strategic initiatives, etc.• Create new compelling solutions and set the strategy to grow clients and customers • Work in cross functional teams to close white space and increase client/customer investment in retail and across the enterprise • Continuously reshape investment to avoid financial risk

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    Direct Reports- Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

    Indirect Reports- May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

     

    Travel and/or Driving Requirements - Travel and Driving are essential duties and function of this job - Travel up to 75%

     

    Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the jobEducation Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceField of Study/Area of Experience: - 2-4 years of experience in Regional Operations Manager within the Sales and Marketing agency industry, or a direct sales company- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a role focused on meeting client objectives

    Environmental & Physical Requirements Office / Non-Sedentary RequirementsIncumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66% hours each work day doing the following activities: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb. May have possible exposure to dust, and may require the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds 10% of the time. May have to speak in excess of 8 hours per day. May have to type frequently throughout the day.
