Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
• Break big picture strategy into smaller achievable goals for team in order to accomplish strategic vision • Communicate expectations, visions, and strategies to all stakeholders • Inspire team to achieve client expectations and drive accountability • Build successful teams through managerial courage and excellent talent management • Responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining talent using company-wide processes, tools and resources. Provide recommendations for succession and corresponding Individual Development Plans.
