Our client is a successful and well established Heavy Equipment Dealer selling to the construction, agricultural and landscape trades. They are seeking an organized, process driven person to function as Equipment Rental Coordinator for this growing segment of their business.
This individual could office in either Spencer, MA or Hudson, NH
Salary in the 60-70k range.
Successful candidate will have strong office management experience in maintaining rental contracts and insurance documents. Experience in billing, accounts payable, customer relationship management, transportation and logistics is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and execute rental contracts.
· Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customers are receiving prompt care and accurate deliverables based on what was promised.
· Create and maintain account profiles with current and accurate contact Information.
· Manage contract invoicing and accounts receivable.
· Coordinate with customers to collect COI and other required documents.
· Dispatch transportation with internal and sub-contract haulers. Generate traffic tickets and provide clear instructions to internal and outside transportation operators.
· Communicate with customers to provide accurate pickup, delivery, and off rent times.
· Assist with fleet maintenance monitoring and scheduling.
· Work always to integrate technology and process automation wherever possible.
