    • Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; clearance sales; studying trends, comparing competitor pricing.
    • Maintains the cleanliness of the showroom.
    • Provides project support to Director of Sales, Marketing & Finance as requested.
    • Additional job-related duties as assigned.
    Skills & Abilities:
    • Answer telephones efficiently and professionally to schedule appointments and answer customer inquiries.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Able to work in a very fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
    • Self-started who requires little direction.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    Education & Experience:
    • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service position required.
    • Experience using social media preferred.
    • Experience working in a service industry environment preferred.

    Physical Requirements:
    • Regularly required to stand, walk and sit for extended periods during the day.
    • Regularly use hands to reach; ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
    • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
