Retail & Commercial Tire Store Manager jobs in North Dakota
Retail & Commercial Tire Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of a tire store/center that markets to both retail and commercial clients. Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. Being a Retail & Commercial Tire Store Manager ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Hires and manages store personnel. Additionally, Retail & Commercial Tire Store Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Retail & Commercial Tire Store Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Retail & Commercial Tire Store Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Requirements
Minimum Job Requirements:
Candidates must be able to lift 50-100 lbs on a frequent basis, and be able to read and write English to meet certain job requirements
Possess and maintain the ability to drive a company vehicle and insurable driving record
This position works Monday – Friday, 730am – 530pm, and rotating half days on Saturday; some flexibility may be required to meet seasonal and customer needs
