Retail Branch Trainer jobs in West Haven, CT

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Retail Management Field Trainer to join our training team, leading the training programme for our mangers across our showrooms.

The Role

The Retail Field trainer will deliver our training programmes to new, and current, management employees, adapting and developing the training to ensure the ongoing success of our retail teams.

This is a field based role, travel between our showrooms (both current and new showrooms as we grow) across the North East of America is required. Our Training Acadamy is based in Milford, CT and regular visits to this site will be required.

We will be offering salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as a company car and exceptional benefits.

Duties may include:

• Delivering onsite training to managers, as per the management training programme.
• Identifying training needs in individual managers and delivering relevant training as required.
• Becoming the “go to” expert on all training matters within assigned area(s)
• Management of training projects. Coordinate head office training interventions within assigned area(s)
• Responsible for identification, design, delivery, and full administration of training within assigned area(s)
• Ensuring that training records are accurate and up to date
• Working with head office on strategic plans and cascading key messages and process

About You

The Retail Field Trainer will have proven experience training management level employees, in a similar role. You will have exceptional communication skills, and will have worked within an environment where you delivered a range of training programmes, and were required to adapt and adjust training plans to suit the current business needs.

This role is field based, and as such you are required to have a valid driver’s licence.
