DO YOU ENJOY MENTORING?

Our team is seeking an energetic and dedicated Trainer to provide daily training support to the bank. This position is responsible for development and delivery of training. All existing content must be current and in alignment with company culture. Collaborate with management to meet target audience's needs. Possible concentrated focus in Retail, Lending, Operations, or Leadership.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc., equivalent to a four year college degree
• Plus 2 years of related experience and/or training,
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

HOURS

• Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

This job may be located in the following locations: Fayetteville, AR; Stuttgart, AR; Mountain Home, AR, or Pocahontas, AR.
