Conducts training on- and off-site to both general employee groups and management groups. Additionally, Retail Branch Trainer typically requires a bachelor's degree. Work closely with Acosta’s client base to understand present training needs, and assign and **execute formalized training programs, plans,** and **curriculum** that align with the business needs. **_You will directly impact sales and profits_** **by continuously evaluating, training, influencing, & communicating best practices and expectations with members of the Meat/Deli & Seafood department.** **Qualifications** **What you will bring to the team:** Strong **interpersonal, organizational** , and **presentation** Ability to freely and as part of a team **set up displays** , take part in **resets and remodels** .
