    The Role:

    This role reports to the bank’s Chief Banking and Innovation Officer and supports the ongoing management and development of digital banking products for the bank’s core commercial customer base. The ideal candidate is an experienced digital banking professional with a deep background in payments products (Debit Cards, ACH, Wires), core banking infrastructure, and emerging digital banking platforms. The Digital Banking Product Manager will support enhancing the bank’s existing digital banking platform as well as leading the implementation of new digital banking tools to support the ever-evolving needs of the bank’s core commercial customer base.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify best-in-class digital banking tools, including e.g., for automated account opening, online banking/mobile banking, payments, etc.
    • Develop a deep understanding of client/user needs and translate them into product specifications
    • Lead the implementation of new digital banking tools, coordinating with the bank’s payments solutions, applications, and deposit operations teams
    • Continually gather client feedback and market intelligence to ensure the bank is delivering a superior digital experience while informing new product enhancements or new feature implementations
    • Design differentiated digital banking product offerings targeting the bank’s key customer segments and continually modernize the digital banking stack with new third-party integrations, payments capabilities, etc.
    • Stay abreast of new developments in digital banking and payments vis-à-vis client needs and work in collaboration with the Chief Banking & Innovation officer to own the bank’s digital banking product roadmap
    • Lead new digital banking-related initiatives and work with both internal and external stakeholders (risk, legal, operations) to ensure successful product implementations.

    Qualifications: 

    • 5 years of digital banking and/or payments-related experience, ideally in a combination of relevant bank and fintech roles
    • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

    The hiring range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, dental, vision, 401k, and other benefits.
