The Role:
This role reports to the bank’s Chief Banking and Innovation Officer and supports the ongoing management and development of digital banking products for the bank’s core commercial customer base. The ideal candidate is an experienced digital banking professional with a deep background in payments products (Debit Cards, ACH, Wires), core banking infrastructure, and emerging digital banking platforms. The Digital Banking Product Manager will support enhancing the bank’s existing digital banking platform as well as leading the implementation of new digital banking tools to support the ever-evolving needs of the bank’s core commercial customer base.

The hiring range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, dental, vision, 401k, and other benefits.
