Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, create and launch new electronics products and promotional programs within consumer product organizations.
• Understand current trends affecting category growth of electronics/tech products.
• Manage project schedules, work with sourcing teams and suppliers.
• Oversee the development, communication, and execution of a rolling product roadmap for electronics categories that provide a steady stream of new products.
• Manage the new product pipeline and grow sales.
• Lead the development of product specifications and oversee key projects.
• Define and develop new innovative packaging systems for new and existing product categories.
• Set specifications and guide sourcing resources to ensure products meet feature, quality, and timeline expectations.
• Achieve sales and margin goals for existing and new products by developing and executing merchandising, promotional, and marketing tactics to support business objectives.

The annual gross salary range is $90,000 - $110,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.  Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.

Qualifications

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years related work experience required
• Background in product development, product line management, electronics/tech product design, or industrial design
• Product management experience in electronics, accessories, or consumer tech
• Experience with consumer product technical requirements, quality, and testing
• Experience working with sourcing teams and suppliers
• Strong analytical and financial skills supported by software knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with Data analytics is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop)
• Experience launching new products and promotional programs
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Ability to travel 20%
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs
• Ability to be onsite at Castle Rock, CO headquarters 2 – 3 days per week or as needed.
