Resource Area for Teaching (RAFT) seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager with a passion for education who can leverage their retail experience to promote RAFT’s values. The assistant manager supports all aspects of RAFT’s retail operations, working closely with the store manager, warehouse and production team, and volunteers.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for bridging the gap between store member and the shopping experience at RAFT. As the Assistant Manager you will oversee merchandising placement, updating displays, pricing, POS operation, training staff, collaborating with teams on setting and achieving team-specific goals, selling products, and, most importantly, providing high-quality customer service to our members.
