Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced restaurant supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be asked to perform a variety of managerial functions. This starts with providing our guests with a consistently high-quality dining experience. To do this, you will need to motivate our staff and demonstrate superior customer service skills.

As a supervisor, you will also help our team meet its standards for quality and profitability. This will involve ensuring that all food health and safety requirements are met. Your job may also require you to hire new staff, train them, and create schedules that reflect the dynamic needs of the restaurant

Job Description:

• Insure Restaurant is set up according to brand standards
• Lead and teach by example when training a new team member
• Maintain general cleanliness and maintenance in all areas of the restaurant department
• Observe personnel and function to insure smooth and efficient operations
• Complete all bills/forms from the functions and the necessary day end paperwork
• Other duties as assigned or as needed to create signature moments for our guests
• Standing/walking: Constantly.
• Crouching: Constantly. Lifting supplies and cleaning windows, restaurant
• Kneeling/crawling: Constantly. Completing my job throughout the hotel, if getting supplies, working in the kitchen,
• Stooping: Constantly. Throughout the hotel in all aspects of keeping the hotel clean and up to standards - if cleaning kitchen, open spaces, lifting supplies and cleaning windows.
• Twisting: Constantly. Throughout the hotel.
• Reaching (overhead/extension): Occasionally. When cleaning high places reaching for supplies needed to perform my job.
• Handling / Grasping: Constantly. Handling cleaning supplies and equipment and documents.
• Pushing/Pulling: Average weight 40 lbs. frequently, Maximum weight 100 lbs. frequently
• Lifting/carrying: Average weight 10 lbs. occasionally, Maximum weight 20 lbs. Occasionally.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
