Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:  

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.  
• Must have one year of gaming experience with casino supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to maintain a passing score on Title 31 and SARC Programs.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills; must have an outgoing personality.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Must have good computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Must have the ability to learn and retain additional knowledge of all gaming operational responsibilities.
• Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling Guests’ needs and concerns.
• Must display leadership qualities by example, coaching and constructive input to enhance performance.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
• Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.

  Physical Demands: Must be physically able to perform all job requirements. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.

  Work Environment: Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment. Must be able to work in a noisy environment. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment for the full duration of the shift.
