POSITION PURPOSE:
Assist Cow Creek Manager in the efficient operation of the Cow Creek Restaurant and Takelma. Responsible for consistent guest service, profitable operations, and maintaining high standards for service, food quality, housekeeping and sanitation. May be assigned to Supervise the Stix Bar & Grill
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Delegates work to appropriately staff the Cow Creek Restaurant and Takelma during assigned shift.
· Provides guidance and direction to servers, bus persons and host/cashiers.
· Makes recommendations to the Assistant Manager regarding hiring, development and discipline of employees.
· Ensures that the guest receives prompt, cordial service at all times.
· Assists in providing daily reports regarding daily revenue and volume.
· Assist the team when necessary, and may perform the same or similar duties.
· Resolves guest concerns and complaints and considers guest suggestions in a continuous effort to provide superior service to Resort guest.
· Provides constructive input to foster process improvement within the department.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
· 2-3 years experience in the food and beverage industry required, with a min of 6 months in a supervisory or lead role.
· Administrative/clerical experience preferred.
· Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
· Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
· Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
· 21 years of age or older.
· Current OLCC License required.
· Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
· Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available).
