WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Completing sales in the POS for Epic Buffet guests; including taking money in payment of sales, counting appropriate change, appropriate handling of cash payments, and appropriate accounting for cash and credit receipts.
• Greeting and welcoming guests, assigning seating, and escorting guests to their table.
• Maintaining all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each guest and cast members.
• Other duties as assigned.

BRING US YOUR BEST.

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three months related experience
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Commitment to superior customer service.
• Must qualify for licensing by Maryland Gaming Commission.
