Restaurant Supervisor - Casino jobs in Lebanon, PA

Job Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient and smooth workflow
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance the dining experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role- Strong knowledge of food service management principles and practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance when needed
- Experience in cooking
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
