The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Managers in supervising and coordinating the overall activities of the overall operation as assigned and ensuring staff provides superior service to guests, following the operating procedures, including safety policy and procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Practice, support and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Muckleshoot Casino.
Assist in hiring staff, training, scheduling, and assigning duties.
Supervise the requisition of all liquor (beer, wine, and other beverages) from the warehouse to all bars, as directed.
Respond to callouts, and adjust staffing to ensure appropriate coverage.
Assist with performance evaluations.
Maintain security of goods.
Assist in maintaining all departmental team members' files.
Train all beverage/bar staff.
Keep staff updated on policies, procedures, and special events.
Ensure compliance with State Alcoholic Beverage regulations.
Ensure proper procedures are adhered to while handling emergency situations.
