SUMMARY:
Manage all licensed and apprenticed tradesmen.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MEP Supervisor is responsibilities include but not limited to the planning and performance of the CCRH HVAC, Kitchen, Refrigeration, and Electrical equipment
- Oversee projects and task assigned to the HVAC employees, becoming directly involved when required to resolve technical or operational problems.
- Complete Staff evaluations, review and discipline as mandated by organizational policies and procedures
- Provide training directly to HVAC team personnel or schedule resources for both technical and other organizational mandated program

- Deliver training directly to team personnel or schedule resources for both technical and other organizational mandated programs.
- Provide team with necessary uniforms and keys as needed ensuring staff maintains highest level of job and customer service performance.
- Attend departmental team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Keep the shop, preventative maintenance, HVAC, and Electrical supplies at maintainable levels.
- Respond to related calls pertaining to areas of HVAC and kitchen maintenance, and electrical
- Coordinate tasks that are assigned and delegate to staff on all shifts.
- Train staff in handling fire alarm calls and proper procedures in emergency situations.
- Perform repairs to assist the facility maintenance department with building needs.
- Ensure cleanliness of the general shop area.
- Maintain equipment that is utilized in the various sections of the maintenance department.
- Utilize power equipment and hand tools as needed.
- Account for tools, equipment, and supplies checked in or out to Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel personnel.
- Respond to warranty concerns on new equipment and systems in new buildings.
- Document repairs and calibrations into an excel Database
- Be available after normal working hours for emergency calls
- Notify manager of any concerns/complaints that customers may have.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and provide evidence of a good driving record.
- 3-5 years experience managing a commercial HVAC crew
- Experience as a commercial HVAC technician a plus
- EPA refrigerant handler’s certificate
- 5 or more years experience working with licensed personnel required.
- 2 or more years experience working with Schneider/TAC Building automation
- Possess an Idaho HVAC Journeyman, Gas licenses
- Must hold or obtain a Class I Gaming Employee License from the Coeur d’Alene Tribal Charitable Gaming Board.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Highly proficient in HVAC, Kitchen, Refrigeration, Building Automation and Electrical Systems
- Ability to read and understand blue prints and schematics
- Strong Computer knowledge of Microsoft office word, Excel, Access, Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have demonstrated initiative, flexibility, organization skills, and dependability in performance of duties.
- Adept at interpersonal communication with a variety of personalities.
