We are looking for a full-time and experienced supervisor here to lead at an upscale casual Mexican restaurant downtown on 6th and Congress Street. We strive for a genuine approach to our dining experience and are looking for an individual with great interpersonal communication skills, conflict management, and ability to assist managers in various tasks. Job Duties:
Experience:
-Proven experience in food service supervision, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
-Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including shift management, bartending, and food production
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively
- Demonstrated ability to supervise a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in computer systems using point of sale
Food Handlers Safety Certification and TABC (can acquire after employment)
