Restaurant Manager - Casino manages the daily activity of a restaurant. This may include overseeing the staff, ensuring inventory control, proper equipment and supplies, quality customer service and compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Being a Restaurant Manager - Casino may require a high school diploma. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Restaurant Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Restaurant Manager - Casino typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Completing sales in the POS for Epic Buffet guests; including taking money in payment of sales, counting appropriate change, appropriate handling of cash payments, and appropriate accounting for cash and credit receipts.
- Greeting and welcoming guests, assigning seating, and escorting guests to their table.
- Maintaining all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each guest and cast members.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three months related experience
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Commitment to superior customer service.
- Must qualify for licensing by Maryland Gaming Commission.
