Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Greeter to join our team. As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter the establishment with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menus
- Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area
- Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth guest transitions
- Provide information about promotions, events, or special offers
- Manage waitlists during peak hours

Skills:
- Experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Ability to assist and help guests with a positive attitude
- Strong guest relations skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling incoming calls professionally

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $7.25 - $9.25 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
