WILL PAY FOR TRAINING Install and troubleshoot player tracking and game monitoring units. Perform general maintenance, installation, and cleaning on all gaming devices.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Follows proper procedures for repair, clearing ram, converting, installing, and removing machines -Checks the repair log daily for problems that have been identified as needing attention. -Installs and troubleshoots player tracking and game monitoring units -Relocates and installs gaming machines as needed and maintains all essential paperwork -Performs general maintenance and cleaning on all gaming devices -Communicates with floor personnel and manufacturer technicians from all machine companies. Follow directions to exact specifications. -Observes and recognizes irregularities in casino personnel or guests and institutes appropriate action. -Has knowledge of the various types of gaming device cheating methods and is able to recognize any potential attempts while monitoring assigned sections. -Complies with the NH Lottery Rules and Regulations, federal requirements for anti-money laundering, company policies, and IRS reporting. -Promotes positive guest relations, greets guests and creates a friendly atmosphere. -Maintains a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow employee-owners and vendors. -All other duties as assigned
