We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate skilled Wine Director to join our team of like minded hospitality professionals.
Although your main responsbility will be to manage wine lists and work with our respective restaurants wine professionals.
You are also expected tp help in the restaurants operations as and when necessary.
The Wine Director will be responsible for spearheading and developing and maintaining the entire Beverage program, managing all wine selections and tasting, creating and managing the wine menu, overseeing all wine-related staff education and training, and handling wine inventory.
The Wine Director will require excellent people skills, dedication, love of wine, food and service. Wine Director will also be responsible for mainting and helping with floor service and daily managerial operations.
The ideal candidate should have at least five years experience in a similiar role.
