Restaurant Director - Casino jobs in Bozeman, MT

The Regional Director is responsible for managing teams of high quality steakhouses and will work directly with the operations team to create comprehensive strategies for maximizing sales and execution. The perfect candidate will have extensive experience in the restaurant industry, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a general manager role and be able to exercise excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Use customer data to optimize the guest experience.
• Ensure that all customer data is kept confidential.
• Manage staff in the region.
• Meet with staff to evaluate their performance and plan for employee development.
• Meet with other regional directors to discuss the company's plans and goals.
• Use data from other regions to improve the financial performance of this region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
