We are looking for a Casino Cashier to join our store team!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to each guest in a courteous and efficient manner while always displaying a pleasant enthusiastic attitude
- Embody a professional demeanor and a high level of character, honesty and integrity in conducting the business affairs of the restaurant; Inspire all team members to do the same
- Cash all types of checks for guests within the specified guidelines; Record all checks cashed in the specified computer system
- Conduct both Marker and Front Money transactions on guest accounts
- Redeem chips/tokens, TITO (ticket in ticket out) and Race and Sports tickets for guests
- Redeem all acceptable types of foreign currencies
- Receive and maintains proper cash accountability in cash drawer for shift; Check out the drawer and prepare the shift report properly; Balance bank at end of shift
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- Acceptable previous experience as a Casino Cashier
- Excellent customer service and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
- Working knowledge of 10-key machine and computer equipment
- Accurate money handling skills
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming Registration Card
- Meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks with or without accommodation
