Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Respiratory Care Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. We are looking for an Intake Representative who is seeking their next exciting opportunity in a complex and ever-evolving work environment! In this role, you will utilize your exceptional customer service and phone skills to assist patients, physician’s offices and referral sources with home respiratory equipment questions and orders. You will support billing personnel, providing documents needed for reimbursement.
